   Before shipment, the goods have already passed quality inspection by Vision inspection service Co., LTD. While, this

  does not exempt the seller or their products manufacturer from negative contract obligations and responsibilities.

- Inspection certificate

  The quality inspection certificate signed by Vision inspection service Co., LTD approves that inspection of the goods comply

  with the specifications of contract or type samples.
